 About JCU Connect
Welcome to JCU Connect, the new online community specifically for John Carroll alumni. JCU Connect strives to keep alumni connected with the University and provide them with useful professional tools by offering features such as:
- a searchable online directory
- news and events components
- class notes and message boards
- career resources component- allowing for business, job and mentoring connections
Logging in
Logging into JCU Connect is simple:
- You will be prompted to enter your last name and click "Find."
- A list of names that match yours will be returned, with information to let you pick which record is yours. Select your name and click "Next."
*Note- if you have gotten married since graduation, the last name we currently have on file for you is what will be used for your profile. If your married name is not on file, try your maiden name and vice versa.
- To verify your account, you will need to enter your 9 digit login/Banner ID number and click "Verify" (your login/Banner ID number is located on the back of the JCU Connect postcard sent to you in the June John Carroll magazine).
- You will then be presented with your current alumni record and will be able to create your unique username and password for future visits to JCU Connect.
| Once you are logged in, you will see a simple registration checklist to help you proceed through the registration process. You can also access the online directory by clicking the link in the left navigation.
As you browse the site, you will notice the features are listed in the navigation on the left of your screen. We encourage you to browse each section and give us your feedback.

*JCU Connect is hosted on a secure server. Features of JCU Connect are password-protected and only available to John Carroll alumni. You have the ability to select what information you want displayed on your personal profile page with the exception of your name and class year. Changes to your profile can also be made at any time pending a short processing period.
